How to send a parcel

Open the app
Download or open the Veloo app.

Select Parcel Delivery
Tap “Parcel Delivery” in the main menu.

Enter details
Add pickup & drop-off addresses and package info.

Track & relax
Monitor your delivery in real-time until it arrives.
Open the Veloo app, choose “Parcel Delivery,” enter pickup &
drop-off details, then confirm. A rider will be assigned right
away.
Each parcel should be no larger than 60×40×40 cm and under 20
kg. For oversized items, contact support for a custom quote.
Pricing is distance-based starting at ₦1,500 per km, with a ₦500
base fee. The app shows an exact quote before you confirm.
If it’s late, you’re eligible for a partial refund per our
policy. Lost parcels qualify for a full refund—just submit a
request via the app.
Yes—you’ll see your rider’s live GPS location and estimated
arrival time right in the app from pickup to drop-off.
