Step-by-Step

Download App
Get Veloo from the App Store or Google Play.

Pickup & Drop-off
Set pickup and drop-off locations for your delivery.

Choose Service
Select Parcel, Medicine, Food, or Errands.

Track & Relax
Follow your delivery live until it arrives.
Search “Veloo” in the App Store or Google Play, tap install, then open and
sign up with your phone or email.
Tap “New Delivery,” enter or pin your pickup address, then your drop-off
address—Veloo will calculate the route and cost.
Select from Parcel, Medicine, Food & Vendor, Business Logistics, or Errands
& Personal Runs—each tailored with its own pricing and options.
Once a rider is assigned, you’ll see their live GPS location and estimated
arrival time on the map in the app.
Pay securely in-app with your saved card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You’ll
see the final cost before you confirm.
